Daily Log
The main view of your activity history, organised by week. Each row is a day. Click any tick (✓) to edit an entry, or click the week label to expand or collapse that week.
Log / Plan
Use the orange button to log a completed workout or plan a future one. Select a date, your mood, any custom metrics, the exercise type, and intensity. Planned entries show as ? in the log — click them to mark as done.
Exercise Types
Each exercise belongs to a category: Distance (e.g. Run, Swim), Weight (e.g. Gym), Reps (e.g. bodyweight), or Other. When logging, the relevant metric input appears automatically — distance in km, weight in kg, reps, or a 1–10 effort score.
Types
Manage your exercise types — add, rename, or delete them, and set their category. Your types appear as columns in the Daily Log.
Custom Metrics
Track anything beyond mood — sleep quality, nutrition, stress. Add a metric as a Yes/No toggle or a 1–10 slider. These appear as extra columns in the log and feed into the Insights page. If you add one named SLEEP, it will appear automatically in the 10-day comparison.
Insights
Automatically generated from your data. See how your last 10 days compare to the prior 10, track distance covered over time, and watch your mood trend. The more you log, the more useful this becomes.
Strava
Connect your Strava account once using the Connect Strava button. After that, click ✓ Strava to pull in your latest activity and log it with one tap — date, distance and activity name are pre-filled for you.
Mood Score
A daily 1–10 rating of how you feel. Logged alongside each workout entry. Tracked over time in Insights to help you spot patterns between exercise, sleep, and wellbeing.
